Privacy

Last updated: 2026-10-30

Repo Gacha is a free browser game. There are no accounts and no sign-up, and we don't sell anything. This page explains what data the game uses.

What stays on your device

The game saves its progress in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device:

rg.daily: today's date and how many free pulls you've used
rg.pity: pulls since your last SR-or-better card
rg.recent: ids of your most recent cards, so you don't get the same card twice in a row
rg.stats: your lifetime pull counts per rarity

You can delete all of it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

What we don't do

We don't set cookies today, and the game has no accounts or login.
No analytics or tracking scripts run at launch. If we add analytics later, we'll use a privacy-friendly tool and update this page first.
Shared links (?c=…) only contain a public card id.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare processes standard request data such as your IP address and browser user agent. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Advertising (planned, not active yet)

We plan to show ads through Google AdSense so the game can stay free. Ads will never appear during a card reveal or inside a shared image.

Once ads are on, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads. Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland will be asked for consent through Google's consent management platform (Privacy & messaging / Funding Choices) before any personalised ads are shown. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

We'll update this page before ads are switched on.

Card content

Cards show public metadata about public GitHub repositories (name, description, stars, size, language, license, topics). Repo Gacha is not affiliated with GitHub or with the projects shown. Maintainers can ask us to correct or remove a card by emailing info@repogacha.com.

Children

Repo Gacha is made for developers and is not directed at children under 13.
